Refund Policy

At Swarna Realtors Pvt Ltd, we strive to provide our clients with the highest level of satisfaction. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which a refund may be considered.

BOOKING AMOUNT

The booking amount paid by the client for any residential or commercial project, including but not limited to buildings, hotels, flats, construction, interior, and other types of work, is non-refundable.

REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A refund may be considered only in the event that Swarna Realtors Pvt Ltd fails to deliver the project or complete the work as per the agreement. In such cases, the client must provide written notice to Swarna Realtors Pvt Ltd, stating the reason for the refund request.

The refund amount will be calculated based on the actual amount paid by the client, minus any expenses incurred by Swarna Realtors Pvt Ltd, including but not limited to:

  • Land acquisition costs
  • Construction costs
  • Material costs
  • Labor costs
  • Other expenses related to the project

REFUND PROCESS

In the event that a refund is approved, the client will receive the refund amount within 90 days from the date of approval.

CANCELLATION OF PROJECT

If Swarna Realtors Pvt Ltd cancels a project or fails to deliver the project as per the agreement, the client will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

GOVERNING LAW

This refund policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of West Bengal.

CHANGES TO REFUND POLICY

Swarna Realtors Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice.

By paying the booking amount, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this refund policy.
